The Alternative School program is a separate public school facility located in the Williamsburg Local School District that provides an alternative school environment to the traditional junior high and high school settings for students in Clermont County. Students are assigned to a smaller class to minimize the risk of failure, suspension and/or expulsion. Lower student-teacher ratios also allow for alternative instructional methods and an opportunity for credit recovery and work study. Mental health support is a valuable component of the Alternative School programming
