LIABILITY INSURANCE
The Governing Board recognizes the risks it faces in the ordinary course
of participating in a school program and chooses to insure itself against
certain liabilities as a result of said risks.
The Educational Service Center authorized personnel will make efforts to
obtain insurance at the most economical cost, consistent with required
coverage and service, through obtaining quotations or bids.
