SPECIAL INFORMATION
The Governing Board or an individual Governing Board member may, from time
to time need additional research before completing a policy or need
information about school operation and problems. To gather the
information, the Governing Board may ask the Superintendent or his/her
designee to report findings and make recommendations.
The following guidelines may apply:
1. Individual Governing Board members requesting information or special
reports should make the request to the Superintendent, who will present
the request to the Governing Board for consideration.
2. The Governing Board will vote on the action to be taken.
3. The Superintendent will appoint an individual to perform the task.
4. The information will be distributed at a regular Governing Board
meeting to the entire Governing Board.
