GOVERNING BOARD MEMBER COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES
Each Governing Board member shall be compensated in the amount of $80.00
for each Governing Board meeting attended and mileage at the rate
established for the employees of the Educational Service Center.
Expenses of a Governing Board member incurred in the performance of
his/her duties and expenses of a member-elect in training and orientation
will be paid from the service fund, provided that each such member or
member-elect applies for such payment with a written statement of his/her
expenses at the meeting of the Governing Board next succeeding the
incurrence of the expenses.
