GOVERNING BOARD MEETINGS
The Governing Board will transact all business at official meetings of the
Governing Board. These may be either regular or special meetings, defined
as follows:
1. regular meeting--the usual official legal action meeting, held
regularly; and
2. special meeting--an official legal action meeting called between the
scheduled regular meetings to consider specific topics.
All regular and special meetings of the Governing Board are open to the
public, school personnel and members of the news media. Governing Board
meetings will be publicized properly in compliance with the State law.
Executive sessions may be called and conducted in compliance with the
Sunshine Law. No action may be taken in executive session.
