EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT
The Educational Service Center will provide equal opportunities for
employment, retention and advancement of all personnel regardless of race,
color, creed, national origin, citizenship status, political affiliation,
age, sex or handicap.
In order to achieve the aforesaid goal, the Governing Board directs the
Superintendent to continually evaluate employment practices to ensure that
equal opportunities are available to everyone in the operations of the
Educational Service Centers' schools.
It shall also be the duty of the Superintendent to study continually all
existing job descriptions, required job qualifications, characteristics of
employees filling said positions and salary guides for any discrimination,
inadvertent or otherwise, that might exist.
