CERTIFICATED STAFF RECRUITING
Because the quality of the staff hired by the Governing Board is the major
component of an effective, productive educational program, the Governing
Board and the administration of the Educational Service Center will make
efforts to attract and retain qualified personnel.
The Governing Board expects the Superintendent, with the assistance of the
administrative staff, to determine the personnel needs of the Educational
Service Center and to recruit the best qualified candidates to recommend
for employment.
Staff vacancies that represent opportunities for professional advancement
shall be made known to ESC employees so that they may be considered for
such positions.
