CERTIFICATED STAFF POSITIONS
The Governing Board recognizes the need to establish positions that, when
filled by competent, qualified staff members, will assist the Educational
Service Center in achieving the educational goals set by the Board.
The Governing Board shall, upon the recommendation of its Superintendent,
consider the advisability of creating a new position or of increasing the
number of employees in an existing position.
The Governing Board requires the Superintendent to maintain a
comprehensive, coordinated set of job descriptions for all employees. Job
descriptions shall be brief and factual. Each employee will be provided
with a copy of his/her job description.
