STAFF INVOLVEMENT IN DECISION MAKING
The Educational Service Center involves the efforts of many people and
functions best when all personnel are informed of the major activities and
concerns.
There should be an exchange of ideas and pertinent information among all
elements of the Educational Service Center.
All employees of the Educational Service Center will have opportunities to
advance their ideas or concerns. It is expected that they will proceed
through the recognized administrative channels; however, final authority
for all decisions rests with the Governing Board.
