DEVELOPMENT OF REGULATIONS
The Governing Board delegates to the Superintendent the function of
specifying required actions and designing the detailed arrangements under
which the Educational Service Center will be operated. These regulations
and detailed arrangements will constitute the regulations governing the
school. They must be consistent with the policies adopted by the
Educational Service Center.
