EDUCATIONAL SERVICE CENTER LEGAL STATUS


The Clermont County Educational Service Center is chartered as a school district by the Ohio Department of Education.

The District is classified as a Governing Board of Educational Service Center governed by a locally elected five member Board of Education.

BOUNDARIES - The Clermont Educational Service Center has been comprised of all the territory within the territorial limits of the County, exclusive of the territory embraced in any city school district, exempted village school district, and excluding the territory detached there from the school purposes and including the territory attached thereto for school purposes.

The Clermont Educational Service Center is composed of the Local School Districts of Batavia, Bethel-Tate, Clermont Northeastern, Felicity-Franklin, Goshen, West Clermont and Williamsburg.
