REVENUES FROM FEDERAL TAX SOURCES
The Superintendent shall review all new Federal education legislation and
prepare proposals for programs he/she deems would be of aid to the districts
and the Educational Service Center. The Superintendent shall approve each
such proposal prior to its submission, and the Governing Board shall approve
all grants resulting from such proposals.
The Governing Board regards available Federal funds of aid to local school
districts and communities as a public trust. The Governing Board forbids the
use of federal monies for partisan political activities and for any use that
would not be in accordance with Federal guidelines on discrimination.
