PAYROLL PROCEDURES
The most substantial payment of public funds for the operation of the
Educational Service Center is that which is made to the employees of the
Governing Board for services rendered. This policy is promulgated to insure
that this office validly employs each person so compensated and that the
compensation remitted fairly represents the services rendered.
Employment of all personnel whether by the year, term, month, week, day or
hour in contract, temporary, or substitute form must be approved by the
Governing Board, except where authority to appoint certain personnel of the
Educational Service Center has been delegated to the Superintendent.
