APPROPRIATIONS AND SPENDING PLAN
The annual appropriation resolution shall be developed, approved and filed
in accordance with statute and the requirements of the Auditor of the State
of Ohio. As permitted by law, no later than July 1, the Governing Board may
pass a temporary appropriation measure to provide for meeting the ordinary
expenses of the Educational Service Center until such time as the Governing
Board approves the annual appropriation resolution for the year, which will
be not later than October 1.
Appropriations adopted by the Governing Board shall become the spending plan
for the period covered by the appropriations. The Treasurer is authorized to
approve expenditures and make commitments of funds that are included in the
adopted appropriations.
