Rebecca Rutherford

My name is Rebecca Rutherford.  I have worked for the Clermont County Educational Service Center for twelve years.  Nine of those years working as the secretary for GED and maintaining the database for the state reporting system for the ABLE program.

I received my GED in 1974 so I know what getting a “Second Chance” means.  It was the best thing I have ever done for myself so I enjoy helping those who have decided to better their lives by earning their GED.  I am your first contact in taking that step.  I do the scheduling for Orientation, Fee Waivers, GED Test scheduling, and answer any questions you may have regarding the GED process.
